Your Path to Inner Calm: The 6-Week Arc

 

Our curriculum is intentionally structured to gently guide you back to balance.

  • Week 1: The Breath & Your Vagus Nerve: Discover your breath as the most powerful tool for calm. We’ll learn simple techniques to gently tone the vagus nerve, your body’s primary “rest and digest” pathway, sending direct signals of safety to your brain.
  • Week 2: The Felt Sense of Restorative Safety: Explore deeply supported, restorative yoga poses that require zero effort. This practice is designed to melt away layers of tension and teach your body what profound safety feels like.
  • Week 3: Finding Boundaries in Your Body: Emotional safety begins with knowing where you end and the world begins. We will practice feeling our own energetic and physical space, learning to create healthy boundaries from the inside out.
  • Week 4: The Anchor of Grounding Flow: Experience a slow, mindful, and deliberate yoga flow designed to anchor you in the present moment. This practice helps reduce anxious, spiraling thoughts and reconnects you to the stability of the earth beneath you.
  • Week 5: Sacred Sleep Rituals: Unwind the patterns that lead to restless nights. You’ll learn and practice a sequence of gentle movements and breathwork to create a personal ritual that prepares your mind and body for deep, restorative sleep.
