In a world that often asks us to be smaller, quieter, or more accommodating, the search for a place where we truly belong can feel endless. We look for ‘home’ in others, in places, and in achievements, often forgetting that the most vital sanctuary is the one we build inside ourselves. This journey is for anyone who has ever felt they had to shrink to fit in, and is now ready to rise.
“Rising Circle” is a 6-week, deeply held experience designed to guide you back to yourself. It is a safer space, intentionally created for and by women and folks who are learning to define their own sense of home, on their own terms. Here, boundaries are not acts of rejection, but are celebrated as expressions of self-respect. Belonging is not something you must earn; it is your birthright, waiting to be claimed.
Your Path to Belonging: The 6-Week Arc
Our journey is a gentle, structured path from uncertainty to empowered self-advocacy.
- Week 1: The Foundation of Safety: Our first act is to create our sacred container. We establish our group agreements and explore what true safety feels like in the body through grounding, restorative practices.
- Week 2: The Language of Emotions (Emotional Literacy): To set boundaries, we must first know what we truly need. This week, we learn to listen to the wisdom of our emotions, translating their signals into clear, actionable understanding.
- Week 3: The Art of Soft Strength: Discover the power of the gentle ‘no.’ We’ll explore somatic techniques and use your included Boundary Phrases Card to practice setting limits with clarity, kindness, and confidence.
- Week 4: Healing Family Patterns: With great compassion, we’ll look at the boundary blueprints we inherited. This session offers a gentle space to understand old patterns and consciously choose new, healthier ways of relating.
- Week 5: The Courage to Receive Support: True belonging involves both giving and receiving. We’ll practice the vulnerability of asking for help and allowing ourselves to be fully supported by the circle.
- Week 6: The Closing Circle & Integration: We honor our collective journey. In our final ritual, you will integrate these learnings, creating a personal commitment to carry this profound sense of home and belonging forward into your life.
